OCHD is distributing the primary and booster Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine to anyone age 18 or older (These vaccines have not been approved for anyone younger than 18 years of age.). OCHD is also distributing the Pfizer primary vaccine to anyone age 5 or older or the Pfizer booster vaccine to anyone age 12 or older. Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have parental consent.

  • An appointment can be made for Anyone age 12 or older to get a vaccine at an upcoming drive through clinic at OCHD. These appointments can be made by calling OCHD at 502-222-3516 during normal business hours or CLICK HERE TO REGISTER. Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will be emailed paperwork to be completed prior to receiving your vaccine.
  • An appointment can be made for anyone age 5-11 to get a vaccine in the OCHD clinic by calling OCHD at 502-222-3516. Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will be emailed paperwork to be completed prior to receiving your vaccine.
