H.A.N.D.S. (Health Access Nurturing Development Services) is a FREE service to all parents.  The HANDS Program provides services to enrolled families from their prenatal days to the time their child is 3 years old, however enrollment must be completed prior to the baby turning 3 months old.   

The purpose of the program is to provide support and resources to all parents.  Parents can expect to receive up-to date information about healthy pregnancy, caring for your new baby, baby’s brain development and milestones.  In addition, the HANDS staff will complete age appropriate developmental assessments, share relevant tips on how to provide baby with enriching learning experiences, how to create a safe, healthy home   and share connections to community resources.  We also have fun, interactive activities and crafts to help stimulate growth and development.

The HANDS program offers incentives and gifts such as gift cards, blankets, diapers, and books when families actively participate in the program.
